so we have implemented our own web-based project manager. Below is a brief overview of this
software. |

| Schedules |
|
|
| Each quote contains a schedule of project milestones. |
|
|
Project Schedule....total = x days
Job Prep and Component Placement....(x days - database for review)
Etch Routing....(x days - database for review)
Tooling and Documentation....(1 day)

At the start of the project, a "Same Page" account is created to track both the schedule and
add any action items from either the designer or the engineers. This real time web based |
|
|
project manager and status reporting has a more
detailed breakdown of milestones and special
requirements based on the design. It allows action
items to be inserted by the engineer for attention
of the designer. |

Database for review at each Milestone or during any
point of the design process. |

 Reports for any type and format are available including:
~ Etch length, parallelism, netlist compare, back annotation, etc. |

| Check prints in PDF, DXF or hard copy. |

Fabrication Tooling zip file includes: RS274X Gerber files, NC drill files,
~ IPC-D-356 netlist file, fab drawing (DXF, PDF) and readme file. |

Assembly Tooling zip file includes:
~ Paste stencil Gerber files, Pick&Place file, ASCII databases for Unicam and Fabmaster |

ICT Tooling zip file includes:
~ Test point location/fixture drill files, reports for programming, Genrad. |
